Raleigh is still very high on Amazon’s short list of possible new homes for its second headquarters, dubbed HQ2. The company recently reported it is looking for a half a million square feet of commercial space and eventually grow that number to close to 8 million square feet to house 50,000 new well paid employees.

This potential $5B investment would change the look and feel of the Triangle forever and bring an untold number of ancillary economic opportunity to this already thriving community.
