According to a new article published by Realtor.com, Apex,NC is the fastest growing suburb in the United States. Apex is just about a half hour southwest of downtown Raleigh and in over three years the average house price has appreciated by 50% with the average list price of a home in Apex is now $494,900.

The study looked at factors including stability, affordability, fluidity, and risk of loss. In the study it found that home owners stay in their homes for about 11 years with nearby Raleigh at a little less than 11 years.

With a vibrant downtown with festivals, plenty of family-oriented activities, a farmer’s market every Saturday morning, Apex, with its population of 50,451 in 2017, has something for everyone.
